Sales and Payment Terms:

1. Prepaid bank transfer.
2. We accept credit cards VISA, Master Card and AMEX.
3. Paypal.

4.To apply for terms you must submit banking and three credit references, always after the first purchase. Terms to customers of satisfactory credit are Net 15 days from date of shipment.
5. Past due invoices will be subject to a late payment charge of 2% per month.
6. We charge  local sales tax unless a sales tax exemption certificate is on file.

1. Claims for pricing errors, shortages and defective products must be reported immediately.
2. Items marked as “special order” are not returnable.
3.To process a return you should contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
4. Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the cost of the product. Shipping costs are
not refundable.
